Instructions
Follow the instructions to make 1 batch High Protein Smoothie Base.
Add to the blender 1 cup Frozen Strawberries and 1/2 cup Frozen Banana. You can also use fresh banana here if that's what you have. Blend on high until fully blended and smooth.

Notes & Tips
- While we recommend using frozen banana because we aren't using ice in this recipe, you can use fresh, your smoothie just might be slightly less cold.
